Bookings

All classes are subject to availability. Your mat is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from PHLO.

Payment

Classes and passes must be paid for before attending unless otherwise agreed with PHLO.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 12 hours before your class and the class will be credited back to your account.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of class, or missed classes, will normally be counted as used.

If PHLO cancels

If PHLO needs to cancel a class, your class will be credited back to your account or refunded where appropriate.

Class passes

All class packs are valid for 30 days from the first class taken, unless a different validity period is expressly stated when purchased.

Sharing

Where a pass is specifically described as shareable, please let Sarah know when booking for a friend so we can make sure there is a mat available for them.

Health & participation

Before your first class, you'll be asked to complete PHLO's short Before Your First Class form and Participant Acknowledgement & Waiver.
